Commercial Electronic Communication Rules and Disclosure Text

This disclosure has been prepared by NK Araştırma Eğitim Danışmanlık San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“NK Araştırma”) in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“ECL”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ECL”), the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD” or “KVKK”), and related legislation, in order to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data and the sending of commercial electronic messages.

If you give your consent, the identity information (name, surname) and contact details (e-mail address, phone number) that you share with NK Araştırma may be processed for the purpose of conducting marketing communications, including the sending of commercial electronic messages via channels you have consented to (SMS, phone calls, e-mail, etc.).

These messages may include:

  • Customer satisfaction activities,
  • Marketing and advertising campaigns,
  • Promotions and service offerings,
  • Customized offers from NK Araştırma business partners,
  • Audience targeting and behavioral analytics,
  • Activities to improve user experience through behavior tracking,
  • Direct and indirect marketing,
  • Personalized and remarketing efforts,
  • Segmentation, profiling, analytics, and internal reporting,
  • Market research and planning of customer satisfaction programs,
  • Recommending and promoting NK Araştırma’s services based on user interests and needs.

All processing is limited to these purposes and based on your explicit consent, as required under:

  • Article 6 of the Electronic Commerce Law (ETK) for sending commercial electronic messages,
  • Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) regarding legal grounds for consent.
  • You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time.

Your personal data may be processed directly by NK Araştırma or through data processors acting on its behalf. Where necessary, it may also be shared with our technology infrastructure providers, only for the purposes listed above.
